XRP Climbs Toward $2.90 After Strong Bounce
XRP rallied nearly 3% in the last 24 hours, lifting prices to around $2.86 and sparking fresh interest among traders. The move follows a firm rebound from the green demand zone near $2.65, an area that has repeatedly served as a launchpad for previous recoveries.

The chart shows a sustained battle between bulls and bears. After breaking out of a descending channel in mid-July, XRP staged a sharp run toward the $3.70 resistance band, only to pull back and consolidate through September. The latest surge keeps the token above the short-term orange support zone around $2.80, a level analysts view as crucial for near-term momentum.
BITX Market observers note the importance of these technical levels. “Holding above $2.80 is key to maintaining buyer confidence. A decisive move above $3.00 could set the stage for a retest of the $3.20 mid-range resistance,” BITX digital asset strategist explained. Trading volume remains steady, signaling that buyers are gradually regaining control after weeks of sideways action.
On the upside, the first major target lies at the yellow resistance zone between $3.00 and $3.20, followed by the red supply area near $3.70, where sellers capped the last breakout attempt. “A daily close above $3.20 would be a significant win for bulls, opening the door to higher highs,” analyst added.
Despite lingering macro uncertainty, XRP’s resilience around key support bands underscores strong underlying demand. Maintaining the $2.65 floor is viewed as critical for preserving the broader uptrend that began in July.
With the token showing renewed strength, traders will watch the $3.00 threshold closely in the coming sessions. A clean break above that level could trigger short covering and invite fresh buying pressure, while failure to hold $2.80 might encourage another round of profit-taking.
