Under the new program, each memmber is paired with a specialist VIP Relationship Manager, supported by 24/7 assistance and direct access across multiple communicationn channels. Kraken says this structure provides clients with early visibility into the exchange’s full product ecosystem, offering a level of service tailored to sophisticated capital allocators.
VIP members also receive guidance from subject-matter experts in areas such as liquidity, custody, engineering and infrastructure, helping them navigate complex strategies and optimize execution. Kraken describes the program as delivering “unprecedented access and influence” within its platform.
Exclusive Experiences and High Entry Requirements
