Litecoin Faces Resistance Around $120 While Holding Strong Support
Litecoin (LTC) is currently trading near $118.58, showing resilience after weeks of volatility. The cryptocurrency is consolidating within a tight range, facing notable resistance overhead while maintaining strong support levels that could define its next move.

On the daily LTC/USDT chart, Litecoin has rebounded from the $108 support zone, highlighted in green. This level has acted as a strong demand area where buyers have consistently defended price dips.
Currently, LTC is testing the $118–$120 resistance zone, marked in light red. A decisive breakout above this level could push Litecoin toward the next supply zone around $132–$135, a region where sellers previously took control.
However, rejection at this resistance could trigger a pullback toward $112–$110, with $108 remaining the crucial support level. A breakdown below $108 would risk further downside toward $100, which represents a psychological round-number level.
Litecoin’s recent performance reflects broader market stability, with traders watching closely for signs of renewed momentum.
BITX analyst explained, “LTC is at a pivotal point. The $120 barrier has capped multiple attempts to break higher, but sustained buying pressure could set up a run toward $130.”
According to BITX strategists, “As long as Litecoin holds above $108, the bullish structure remains intact. Traders should watch for volume confirmation if resistance gives way.”
Litecoin’s consolidation between $108 and $120 highlights a buildup phase before its next major move. A breakout above $120 could open the door to $132–$135, while failure to clear resistance may lead to another retest of support levels.
With the current structure, bulls remain cautiously optimistic, but market participants are awaiting stronger signals before committing to large positions.
