Midas Staked Liquidity Enables On-Demand Exits

The company will use the capital to scale its Midas Staked Liquidity (MSL) system, a separate liquidity layer allowing investors to redeem positions instantly without unwinding vault-based strategies. Traditional tokenized yield products often lock funds into lending or DeFi protocols, causing delays in withdrawals. MSL leverages pre-allocated capital to fulfill redemption requests immediately, enhancing transparency, yield access, and liquidity.

Since its launch in 2024, Midas has issued $1.7 billion in tokenized assets and distributed $37 million in yield. CEO Dennis Dinkelmeyer highlighted that the Series A funding will enable broader strategy access while maintaining investor returns.
