Infrastructure partner Ctrl Alt, a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider, will issue asset-referenced virtual asset management tokens to facilitate secondary market transfers. Onchain records will be maintained on the XRP Ledger and secured through Ripple custody solutions.

Officials previously projected that tokenized property transactions could reach $16 billion by 2033, accounting for about 7% of Dubai’s total real estate activity.
