Why Ark Keeps Rebalancing Its Funds
The firm does not let any single holding grow beyond 10% of a fund, so it adjusts weights whenever prices shift sharply. Circle now ranks as the fifth largest position in ARKW at 4.4%, valued near $67.8 million, behind Tesla, Meta, Shopify and Amazon. Circle stock fell 7.1% on Monday to $79.84 and is down 1.1% in early Tuesday trading.
