U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs recorded roughly $8.05 billion in trading volume for the week ending Friday, the lowest full five day total since October 2024, according to SoSoValue data.
Bitcoin Inflows Nearly Wiped Out
The funds pulled in just $33.8 million in net inflows, their weakest showing in three straight positive weeks. Early gains of about $499.1 million through Wednesday were almost erased after investors pulled $225.2 million Thursday and $240.1 million Friday. BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust lost roughly $95.5 million for the week, though Grayscale’s Bitcoin Mini Trust and ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF partly offset the drop.

Ether ETFs Extend Their Lead
Spot ether funds attracted $103.9 million, more than triple the bitcoin total, marking a third consecutive week of gains. Over the past three weeks, ether ETFs have pulled in nearly as much capital as bitcoin funds despite holding just an eighth of the net assets.

Bitcoin ETFs remain down about $5.23 billion for 2026, while ether funds are off roughly $1.15 billion. Bitcoin traded near $64,110 Saturday, with ether around $1,864.
