Fidelity And BlackRock Lead The Exodus

The 13 U.S.-listed Bitcoin ETFs saw a combined $450.4 million leave the funds Tuesday, reversing Monday’s $159.9 million inflow and marking the biggest outflow since late June, when a tech stock selloff pressured similar withdrawals. Fidelity’s FBTC led the outflows at $214.8 million, followed by BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust at $161.7 million.

Grayscale’s Bitcoin Trust, ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF and Bitwise Bitcoin ETF also saw notable withdrawals, ranging from roughly $12 million to $44 million.

Bitcoin Price Falls Alongside Outflows

Bitcoin traded at $75,700, down 2.5% over the prior 24 hours, as the Senate’s failure to advance the crypto market structure bill added to broader market uncertainty. The pullback reflects how closely institutional investor sentiment has become tied to regulatory developments, with the stalled legislation removing a key catalyst many traders had been counting on to support further price gains.
