Bitcoin stayed largely flat near $64,300 on Friday even showing crypto markets barely reacted to one of the sharpest equity rebounds of the year.

Major Cryptocurrencies See Little Movement
Ether traded around $1,905, XRP at $1.08, solana near $74, and dogecoin at $0.07, with about $27 billion in bitcoin volume and $7 billion in ether. Bitcoin briefly touched $65,200 in early Asian trading before giving up the gain within an hour. Over the week, most tokens remained soft, with HYPE down 5.1%.
Korean Chip Stocks Drive Sharp Equity Rebound
Meanwhile, the Kospi jumped as much as 17%, recovering from a three-day selloff that had pulled the index more than 40% below its June high. Samsung and SK Hynix both surged over 23%, while Taiwan Semiconductor rose 10%, pushing chipmakers to the front of a broader Asian rally. The move followed a strong rebound in US chip stocks and the Nasdaq 100 snapping a six-day losing streak.
