ETF Outflows Weigh on Sentiment
Spot bitcoin funds bled a net $390 million last week, their heaviest weekly loss in six weeks, with withdrawals stretching across four sessions including a rare three day run. Ether funds saw only modest movement, while Solana products stood out, pulling in their strongest weekly inflows since mid-May.

Clarity Act Odds Slip
Chances of the Clarity Act passing in 2026 have dropped to around 10%, according to a leading crypto research analyst, with prediction markets slightly more optimistic at 17%. A Senate cloture vote is set for September 15, though a further delay is widely expected.
