Strong Q3 Earnings Lift US Stocks
Crypto joined a broader rally after several third quarter earnings reports beat expectations. General Motors and 3M both topped forecasts, and 3M also raised its profit outlook. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 1.1% to reach levels last seen on Sept. 14, while the S&P 500 rose 0.6% and the Nasdaq Composite added 0.5%.
