Facility Supports Loans Backed By AI Infrastructure

USD.AI will use the funding to issue loans to operators of AI infrastructure, with the debt secured directly by GPU hardware rather than broader company assets. The platform, developed by Permian Labs, connects stablecoin liquidity with growing demand for computing hardware financing tied to the AI sector.

Bullish To List sUSDai And Support Market Liquidity

As part of the agreement, Bullish plans to list USD.AI’s sUSDai token across several trading pairs and back it with a dedicated market-making program designed to improve liquidity and pricing efficiency for GPU-backed debt instruments.

Deal Builds On Earlier GPU Financing Activity

This facility adds to USD.AI’s expanding portfolio of GPU-backed loans, which previously included a nearly $100 million loan tied to thousands of high-performance GPUs and a separate loan backed by hundreds of additional units. The partnership also extends an earlier investment Bullish made in USD.AI shortly after its own public listing.

Bullish Shares Rebound After Rocky Start

Bullish went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2025, raising over $1 billion through its initial public offering. While the stock remains well below its debut price, shares have climbed sharply over the past month, part of a broader rally among crypto-related companies as digital asset markets recover.
