Capital B has raised €7.6 million through a private placement backed by Bitcoin advocate Adam Back, with plans to push its Bitcoin treasury past 3,500 coins.
Deal Details and Share Structure
Back subscribed to over 13 million shares, each paired with four warrants, at €0.58 per unit. The price carried a 15.4% premium over the company’s prior closing value. After fees, net proceeds should land near €7.3 million, earmarked for further Bitcoin purchases.
Combined with existing cash flow, the raise could fund 376 additional BTC, lifting Capital B’s total to roughly 3,521 coins. The firm currently holds 3,145 BTC after a smaller August purchase.

Back’s Ownership Stake Grows
Following the share issuance, Back’s ownership will rise to nearly 17.77% on an ordinary basis. If all attached warrants are exercised, Capital B could receive an additional €49.4 million, further expanding its Bitcoin reserves.
A 10-for-1 reverse stock split is scheduled for September 8.
