From $53 Million to $110 Million

The company had previously closed its Series B at $53 million back in 2022, in a round led by a different venture investor with several of the same backers participating. This latest extension more than doubles that total, though the company has not disclosed its current valuation. No pricing details were shared alongside the announcement.

New Working Group to Focus on Tokenized Markets

As part of the deal, the new investors are joining a strategic industry working group chaired by the data firm, which will focus on building out data and infrastructure standards for tokenized financial markets. Leadership at the lead investor said the move reflects long-term confidence in the growth of digital assets and a commitment to building infrastructure for that future.

Expanding Data Coverage and Recent Acquisitions

The firm says it provides pricing and market data across more than 150 exchanges and trading venues, and has built partnerships with institutional infrastructure providers in the past. It has also recently acquired a decentralized finance infrastructure company and a U.S. based digital asset data firm, while launching a co branded suite of crypto market indices with a major financial index provider earlier this month. The fresh funding will go toward strengthening its core data business and expanding its infrastructure for onchain capital markets.
