Non-Compliant List Also Grows

Alongside the new approvals, ESMA flagged three additional companies as non-compliant: Cervo Rendisco, Flandenzo, and Corona Fondenza. These firms were identified by Italy’s securities regulator, CONSOB. With these additions, the non-compliant entities register now totals 167 companies.
