HIVE Digital Secures $350 Million AI Cloud Deal, Adds $70 Million to Yearly Revenue
Bitcoin mining company HIVE Digital Technologies has signed a five-year GPU cloud contract worth about $350 million through its BUZZ HPC subsidiary. The customer, described only as an investment-grade enterprise, wasn't named publicly.

Bitcoin mining company HIVE Digital Technologies has signed a five-year GPU cloud contract worth about $350 million through its BUZZ HPC subsidiary. The customer, described only as an investment-grade enterprise, wasn’t named publicly.
Revenue and Infrastructure Details
The deal brings in roughly $70 million in new annualized revenue, pushing BUZZ HPC’s total to around $180 million. The buildout includes 2,016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs at a hydro-powered facility in Merritt, British Columbia, backed by a $35 million customer deposit and other financing worth $185 million total.
Second Major Deal This Year
This follows a $220 million AI contract HIVE signed in June for the same location. CEO Aydin Kilic said the company is on track to hit $200 million in annualized GPU cloud revenue by year-end. HIVE shares rose nearly 8% in Monday’s pre-market trading.
