The company, led by Jack Mallers, reportedly holds more than 42,000 Bitcoin and plans to expand into Bitcoin-related financial services beyond treasury accumulation.

The move highlights growing corporate interest in Bitcoin as institutions continue increasing exposure to digital assets.
