Strategy chairman Michael Saylor has once again hinted at a new Bitcoin purchase after posting a chart tracking the company’s BTC acquisitions alongside the message “Big Dot Energy.” The post follows a pattern Saylor has used before previous Bitcoin buys.

Strategy currently holds 818,869 Bitcoin, making it one of the largest corporate Bitcoin holders in the world. Based on current market prices, the company’s holdings are valued at more than $67 billion.
The latest signal comes as Bitcoin continues trading below major resistance levels while institutional interest in digital assets remains active.
Strategy Encourages Retail Investors to Vote on STRC Dividend Plan
Alongside the Bitcoin purchase signal, Strategy is urging retail shareholders to vote on a proposal related to its STRC perpetual preferred stock. The company wants approval to move from monthly dividend payouts to semi-monthly payments.
Strategy said the change could improve liquidity, reduce reinvestment delays and support better price stability for shareholders. According to company statements, retail investors currently hold around 80% of STRC shares, making their votes critical ahead of the June 8 deadline.

Michael Saylor and CEO Phong Le are also expected to host a live online question-and-answer session for shareholders later this month to discuss the proposal and broader company strategy.
