Michael Saylor’s Strategy has acquired an additional 3,273 BTC for approximately $255 million, at an average price of $77,906 per bitcoin, according to a recent regulatory filing. The latest purchase brings the company’s total holdings to 818,334 BTC, reinforcing its position as the largest corporate Bitcoin holder.

The firm’s total Bitcoin stack is now valued at roughly $63.7 billion, acquired at an average cost of $75,537 per BTC, bringing its total investment cost to around $61.8 billion including fees. This places Strategy’s holdings at approximately 3.9% of Bitcoin’s fixed 21 million supply, highlighting its large-scale accumulation strategy.

Equity Sales Fund Continued Bitcoin Accumulation Strategy
The latest acquisitions were funded through proceeds from the sale of Class A common stock (MSTR). The company sold more than 1.45 million shares, raising about $255 million during the period. Significant capacity remains under its at-the-market equity program, with tens of billions of dollars still authorized for future issuance.

Strategy continues to rely on multiple capital-raising instruments, including preferred stock programs such as STRK, STRC, STRF, and STRD, as part of its broader “42/42” financing plan targeting $84 billion in capital for Bitcoin accumulation through 2027.
Expanding Bitcoin Treasury Model and Market Position
The firm’s accumulation strategy is part of a broader corporate trend, with nearly 200 public companies now holding Bitcoin in treasury reserves. However, market valuations across many digital asset treasury firms have declined from 2025 highs, with some trading near or below net asset value levels.
Despite volatility, Strategy continues to expand its holdings aggressively, with executive leadership signaling ongoing accumulation momentum as part of its long-term Bitcoin-focused corporate strategy.
