Netanyahu Says Iran and Hezbollah Remain a Threat
In a televised address, Netanyahu said Iran and Hezbollah are weaker than before but stressed that the conflict has not yet ended. He added that “the fire is contained” following Iran’s announcement that it would stop launching strikes against Israel.
Ceasefire Remains Fragile
Despite the pause, both countries have warned they will retaliate if the ceasefire is violated. Iran has also threatened a severe response if Israeli military operations continue in southern Lebanon. The de escalation follows calls from U.S. President Donald Trump urging both sides to stop further attacks and prevent a wider regional conflict.
