Ripple Prime has launched a new Delta One service aimed at institutional investors, marking its expansion into US equity derivatives. The offering lets clients execute total return swaps tied to US-listed stocks, market indexes, and digital assets, giving institutions exposure to an asset’s performance without needing to directly own it.

Built for Hedge Funds and Asset Managers

The service is designed for hedge funds, asset managers, and other large financial institutions, allowing them to work through a single counterparty while managing cross-margin exposure across multiple asset classes around the clock.

Ripple Prime’s president called the launch a natural extension of the broader platform the company has built, which already includes prime brokerage, clearing, and financing services spanning foreign exchange, derivatives, fixed income, and digital assets. The business currently holds more than $1 billion in regulatory net capital.

Part of a Broader Growth Push

Ripple Prime was formed after Ripple completed its $1.25 billion acquisition of Hidden Road in late 2025, later rebranding the business under its own name. The unit has continued expanding its financial resources since then, closing a $275 million private placement of senior unsecured notes earlier this month and securing a separate $200 million debt facility back in May to support its institutional lending capacity.
