Solana processed a record 4.2 billion transactions in July, marking a 13.5% increase from the previous month and a 91% jump since December. This surge in activity has coincided with SOL’s price rallying nearly 40% over just eight days, pushing the token above $100 for the first time since February.

Tokenized Real-World Assets Expand Rapidly
The growth in network usage has aligned with rising adoption of tokenized real-world assets on Solana, which have climbed to nearly $4 billion, up almost 12% over the past month. Across all tracked blockchain networks, total tokenized real-world asset value has now surpassed $38 billion, reflecting a broader shift toward blockchain-based financial products.

Broader Crypto Rally Fuels Momentum
Solana’s rally comes amid a wider crypto market recovery, driven partly by the US Treasury’s decision to expand long-dated bond buybacks, a move that helped lower yields and boost investor appetite for riskier assets. The combination of rising network activity and renewed market confidence has positioned Solana as one of the strongest performers in the current rally.
