Strategy Resumes Bitcoin Buying With $370 Million Purchase After Two-Month Pause
Strategy, the company led by Executive Chairman Michael Saylor, has returned to buying bitcoin after a nearly two month break. The firm added 4,603 bitcoin last week at an average price of $80,318 per coin, bringing the total purchase value to approximately $369.7 million.

Stock Sale Funds the Purchase
The acquisition was financed through the sale of common stock worth $602.8 million. Alongside the bitcoin purchase, the company used part of the proceeds to buy back $151.8 million worth of its preferred stock, while the remaining funds were added to its cash reserves.
Total Holdings Continue to Grow
With this latest purchase, Strategy now holds 845,050 bitcoin, acquired for a total of $63.73 billion at an average price of $75,412 per coin. The company remains one of the largest corporate holders of bitcoin globally.

Shares of the company rose slightly in pre-market trading following the announcement, while bitcoin traded modestly higher compared to levels seen at the end of the previous week.
