Latest Purchase Details

The company purchased 1,355 bitcoin for roughly $107.7 million, paying an average price of around $79,475 per coin, according to a regulatory filing. This brings its total holdings to 26,355 BTC, now worth more than $2.25 billion at current prices. Strive remains the fifth-largest public bitcoin holder, trailing several larger treasury companies, but would need consistent weekly purchases at a similar pace to climb into second place before the end of the year.

Funding Through Warrant Exercises

The purchase also marked the start of warrant exercises tied to the company’s common stock, generating over $20 million in proceeds. Combined with other financing activity, the majority of capital raised during the week came through the company’s preferred stock offering, which continued trading near its target value.

Analyst Outlook Improves

A major financial firm raised its price target for Strive’s stock, citing faster than expected bitcoin accumulation and stronger growth in bitcoin holdings per share. Analysts also increased their full-year bitcoin growth projections, now expecting the company to end the year with significantly more bitcoin than previously forecast. Shares dipped slightly in early trading despite the positive outlook, following a strong premarket rally. The update comes as bitcoin climbed above $86,000 for the first time since January, fueled by a wave of short position liquidations across the broader market.
