Wallets Linked to TRUMP Memecoin Pull Millions in Liquidity During Price Surge
Wallets connected to the TRUMP memecoin team have once again removed liquidity from the token's Solana pools, this time pulling around $3.39 million in USDC within a 10-hour window, according to on-chain analytics. The withdrawal came as TRUMP saw a sharp price rally this week, partly linked to comments from President Donald Trump about the government possibly increasing its Bitcoin holdings.

Wallets connected to the TRUMP memecoin team have once again removed liquidity from the token’s Solana pools, this time pulling around $3.39 million in USDC within a 10-hour window, according to on-chain analytics. The withdrawal came as TRUMP saw a sharp price rally this week, partly linked to comments from President Donald Trump about the government possibly increasing its Bitcoin holdings.

How the Withdrawal Mechanism Works
Rather than selling tokens directly, the team places TRUMP into single-sided liquidity pools on Meteora, a Solana based exchange. As traders swap within the pool, TRUMP is automatically converted into USDC, which is then withdrawn and moved to exchanges like Coinbase.

Part of a Recurring Pattern
Analysts note this isn’t new behavior. Similar withdrawals have been tracked since April 2025, including a $94 million pull over 30 days by December. Meanwhile, retail investors have reportedly suffered billions in losses since the token’s launch, raising fresh concerns about liquidity risks tied to future price rallies.
