Bitcoin faces a critical test near $90,000, Btc has entered a confirmed bull market phase, even as rising trader profits increase the likelihood of short term selling pressure.

Profit-Taking Band Identified Near Resistance
A recent weekly report from CryptoQuant flagged $90,000 as the zone where profit taking becomes more probable. Traders who moved coins onchain within the past one to three months show an average purchase price around $64,300. Based on this, analysts calculated an upper profit band near $90,300, roughly 40 percent above that baseline, aligning with a supply cluster between $88,000 and $90,000.

Pattern Seen As Pause, Not Reversal
Analysts described this zone as a natural pause point within an ongoing uptrend rather than a warning sign, noting the path from current prices near $86,000 toward this resistance appears largely open.
Steady Profitability Through Recent Downturn
Notably, Bitcoin’s market value to realized value ratio stayed above breakeven throughout the recent bear market, a shift from previous downturns, and has since crossed its 365-day moving average, a signal historically tied to bear market endings.
