Bitcoin traded close to $64,000 at the start of the week as crypto markets failed to follow gains seen in Asian stocks and technology shares after progress in U.S.-Iran peace talks.

Btc was trading around $64,081 on Monday, down 0.4% over the past 24 hours and more than 2% for the week. While some major tokens showed limited strength, the broader crypto market remained under pressure.
Solana gained 3.7% during the week to trade near $74, while Ether stayed mostly unchanged around $1,733.
US-Iran Talks Improve Market Sentiment
Global investor sentiment improved after the United States and Iran agreed on a roadmap aimed at reaching a final peace agreement within 60 days. Mediators Qatar and Pakistan said both countries also discussed measures to protect shipping routes through the Strait of Hormuz.
The development pushed Brent crude oil down 1.8% to around $78 per barrel and lifted Asian equities, especially technology stocks linked to artificial intelligence growth.

Despite historically moving alongside risk assets during geopolitical events, Bitcoin remained stuck in a narrow range. Analysts are now watching whether crypto markets reconnect with improving global sentiment or continue trading below early June levels.
