Dogecoin Leads Gains as Bitcoin Lags Behind Broader Crypto Market
Dogecoin rose nearly 3.1% today to trade just above 7 cents, extending its weekly gain to almost 3% and leading major cryptocurrencies for the session.

Dogecoin rose nearly 3.1% today to trade just above 7 cents, extending its weekly gain to almost 3% and leading major cryptocurrencies for the session.

BNB followed with a 2.1% rise to $615, up close to 2% over the past week. Bitcoin was the lone major token trading lower on both the day and the week, slipping near $63,700.

Other Major Tokens Show Mixed Movement
XRP rose slightly to just above $1 but remained down 5% for the week, its worst weekly showing. Solana and ether both edged higher to $76 and $1,890 respectively, with Solana up 3% over seven days.
Equities Rally on Strong Earnings
Asian equities gained ground, led by South Korea’s Kospi index, which jumped sharply on optimism around semiconductor shareholder returns. Oil prices extended a six-session winning streak amid ongoing uncertainty over a potential Middle East resolution, with market watchers now focused on upcoming inflation data and its impact on Federal Reserve policy expectations.
