Attackers behind a recent Revolut data breach have reportedly begun publishing stolen customer information online, warning that more data will be released each day until the company pays.
Leaked Data Includes Identity Documents and Selfies
According to reports circulating online, leaked material includes identity documents and verification selfies belonging to a well known tennis player and a crypto casino executive. The attackers reportedly stated on a messaging platform that they would continue releasing data daily until Revolut meets their demands.

Breach Involved Fake Government Email
Revolut previously confirmed that the breach stemmed from a sophisticated impersonation scam, in which attackers used an email address linked to a legitimate government agency domain to request customer information. Exposed details reportedly include full names, dates of birth, occupations, contact information, account statements, and transaction history, including Bitcoin-related records.
Company Says Only a Limited Number Affected
Revolut has stated that only a limited number of customers were impacted and confirmed that its internal systems and customer funds remain secure. The company has not disclosed the exact number of affected users.
Security experts warn that leaked identity documents and facial verification images significantly increase the risk of identity theft for those affected, raising further concerns about the scale of the incident.
