Securitize To List On NYSE After $400M SPAC Deal
Tokenization infrastructure firm Securitize expects to start trading on the NYSE next week after closing roughly $400 million through its merger with Cantor Equity Partners II. Fewer than 30% of CEPT holders chose to redeem shares, letting Securitize keep over 71% of the SPAC trust. Combined with an oversubscribed $225 million PIPE round, total gross proceeds hit $400 million.

Combined with an oversubscribed $225 million PIPE round, total gross proceeds hit $400 million.
Listing Details
The merger closes Wednesday, with shares trading on the NYSE under ticker SECZ starting Thursday. CEO Carlos Domingo said going public gives the firm more credibility and capital to lead tokenization’s next phase, calling institutional embrace of tokenized securities a once-theoretical idea now going mainstream.

Tokenization Market Keeps Growing
Roughly $22.5 billion is locked across RWA protocols, down slightly from April’s $24 billion peak. BlackRock’s BUIDL fund, tokenized by Securitize, has grown to $3.1 billion. Securitize also works with Apollo, KKR, Hamilton Lane and VanEck. Benchmark recently reiterated a Buy rating with a $16 price target.
