Tool Maps Fund Movement Across Chains

AI Tracer works by mapping visible transaction paths starting from a single transaction hash, following funds through intermediate wallets and across blockchain bridges, including cases where assets are split among multiple wallets. According to AMLBot, the AI automatically traverses the transaction graph and matches wallets against known entity labels, such as exchanges, services and flagged addresses.

Limitations Built Into the Design

The company noted the tool cannot see transfers between internal exchange accounts, determine the purpose of a payment, freeze assets or guarantee fund recovery. AMLBot said the reports are meant to serve as a starting point for investigations rather than a replacement for formal audits or legal proceedings.

Free and Paid Access With Broad Network Support

AI Tracer offers a free check along with paid plans that allow higher usage limits. It currently supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, TRON, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Ethereum Classic, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Solana, Cardano and Ripple. AMLBot said the tool is intended for a wide range of users, including journalists, researchers, traders, law enforcement investigating crypto crime, and independent compliance teams.
