Bitcoin ETFs Slide Back Into Outflows After Brief Rebound
US spot Bitcoin ETFs pulled back into the red on Monday, shedding $424.66 million in a single day, the largest daily outflow the funds have seen this month. The drop wiped out momentum from the prior week, when the funds had briefly turned positive with $197.4 million in fresh inflows after eight straight weeks of withdrawals.

The latest pullback adds to a tough stretch for these investment vehicles. So far in 2026, net outflows have reached close to $5.8 billion, building on a record breaking June that saw $4.51 billion exit the funds in a single month. Even with the selling, the ETFs still hold a combined $74.79 billion in assets, with total inflows since launch sitting at $50.85 billion.

Mixed Signals On Market Direction
Analysts remain split on where Bitcoin goes next. Some point to nearly $10 billion in ETF outflows since October as a sign that big institutions are stepping back, while data on wallet activity shows more large holders quietly buying in. One market researcher noted that a clear market bottom has not yet been confirmed, even as accumulation trends offer some support against further losses. Bitcoin was trading near $62,689 at last check, down roughly 30% since January.
